Every person will go thru this process. Everyday we work our
best to perform in accordance with our protocols and we also strive to do
better in a ethical and morally correct environment. Our superiors always are evaluating our
performance and how quick we complete our tasks. We will always have that fear,
anger, or disappointment towards ourselves, if we don’t get the evaluation we
expected it.
That’s part of our process or leaning and developing as

work with. We got to learn form the
negative to become better and not to making the same mistake again. After we do
this we step back and analyze every aspect to deliver a positive impact. Once
areas that need to be work on has been identified, let’s make the changes on
what we want to achieve and how we going to conquer our boss with it.
We can't forget that a good plan of action will always be need it as the pilot to guide
our efforts. We can use excel, graphics, etc. to present this plan to others
working along with you. Their feedback
will give you a better standpoint on how you’re doing. Building that teamwork can be the key for
success. In conclusion, we need to be
more reliable with our behavior at work. If we continuously change our ideas or
ways of perform, we will sabotage our own work. Always be ethically, morally correct
and recognize your mistakes to become a better person. Win your boss trust by recognizing your mistakes
