After we do this we step back and analyze every aspect to deliver a positive impact. Once areas that need to be work on has been identified, let’s make the changes on what we want to achieve and how we going to conquer our boss with it.
We can't forget that a good plan of action will always be need it as the pilot to guide our efforts. We can use excel, graphics, etc. to present this plan to others working along with you.  Their feedback will give you a better standpoint on how you’re doing.  Building that teamwork can be the key for success.  In conclusion, we need to be more reliable with our behavior at work. If we continuously change our ideas or ways of perform, we will sabotage our own work.
